Introduction to Cider making workshop

Operation Farm presents a free workshop:

Saturday 19th October, 10-3pm
at Park Bridge Heritage Centre – The Stables, Park Bridge, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 8AQ.

An introduction to cidermaking including some theory and background followed by a practical hands on session:

If you would like to take home some cider, then please bring –
*  Apples (at least 10kg per person – (Not mouldy or badly bruised)
*  Demi – john (about £10 to buy) or 5L square spring water bottle
*  Airlock (approx £2-3 to buy)

(Please let us know when you book if you can’t bring apples, but be aware if you don’t that we can’t promise you’ll have cider of your own to take home)
